  Something is ALWAYS missing in our order! When you call they say "Do you have your recipet?" Yes! But what good is that going to do me? I'm 15mil away with a hard dry bun stuffed with nothing but dry meat in it & no Au Jus? This is my dinner if I had anything here to cook I wouldn't of had my husband drive to your place and pick us up dinner! ( Give me your name & I will put it on the board, then they hang up not even taking your name) This is the 4th time they have done this! What's wrong with checking these orders before putting them out the window? People today haven't any pride in their work, or how others perceive them. I use to manage a fast food chain & rarely did we have these problems! Everyplace we go there are issues with the orders, service, the cleanliness in or outside the restaurant, wait times or the over all additude of the employees to the customers. Baby boomers are mostly empty nesters & find it more convienient & economical to grab a fast food sandwich several times a week, but if your going to waste our money and time with poor service & we don't have all of our order when we return home we will just stop returning to your business. That means when e have our grandkids for the weekends & summer vacations we won't be bringing them to your business either. One thing about reaching our age, we realize we can live without the things that annoy us! Also we are a very socialble group & I'm in good company as to my feelings on this topic about the fast food restaurants in Greenwood. You better get on top of your training game with your employees or soon your going to loose a large group of your business.
